My name is Laurent HAQUIN, I am 63 years old, and I have reached the end of a career spanning more than 42 years, primarily focused on aeronautics and maintenance. I practiced my profession within the French Ministry of the Armed Forces and in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

This end of my career has already been characterized for several years by the arrival of the “Digital Transformation” wave that everyone is talking about, and which some fear. As for me, this topic fascinates me, and I am more inclined to continue learning in this rapidly accelerating digital world.
Until the beginning of 2025, I worked in the field of maintenance, support, and services for both civil and military airlines, within the Avionics scope of SAFRAN. My role involved overseeing the daily operations of the teams responsible for customer support, with a particular focus on managing customer relationships.
Now, I aim to pass on my knowledge and contribute to improving and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, particularly by implementing the best tools (primarily digital) within organizations to ensure optimal productivity for employees, with the ultimate challenge of achieving customer delight.

Still deeply passionate about digital and customer relationships in the Support & Services domain, I am dedicating my third life to sharing and transmitting what I have learned from my professors, leaders, managers, colleagues, and clients who have enriched and elevated me to where I am today.

I aim to achieve this by implementing the best tools (primarily digital) within organizations to ensure maximum productivity for employees, all while addressing the challenges symbolized by the pyramid below.
Still deeply passionate about digital technologies and Customer Relations in the Support & Services sector, I am dedicating this third chapter of my life to sharing and passing on what I have learned from my teachers, leaders, managers, colleagues, and Clients who have enriched me and helped elevate me to where I am today.
